Complete Desktop suite (iRacing) in Stratford, Prince Edward Island for sale

I am selling my entire desktop installation. The machine is a very capable former gaming and picture processing desktop (I sold the graphics card separately), and now runs on integrated graphics.
It can be turned back into a gaming rig by adding a dedicated graphics card though.
The specs are as follows:
- AMD Athlon II 635 processor 2.9GHz
- 8GB RAM (Crucial Ballistix 1600MHz)
- 530W Hiperpower Power Supply
- CoolerMaster GeminII CPU heatsink
- Aerocool V12 XT front LCD panel
- 2TB HDD
- 256GB SSD Samsung 840
- Advance Turboost ATX case
- D-Link WiFi card a/b/g/n
The machine can come with either Windows 7 or 8 since I have legal licences for both. I am asking $550 for this desktop.
The machine also comes with a Logitech MK710 mouse and keyboard set.
The monitor is also for sale, $200. It is a Samsung 24D590L, IPS, and is still under warranty until the end of the year.
The desk as well, for $350. It is Monarch furniture, ordered from Future Shop.
Two other devices are for sale, one present on the photo.
A Logitech Z906 5.1 Surround sound system: $375.
A Logitech G27 Racing wheel with H-shifter and pedals: $225. Both are less than a year old and are still protected by the manufacturer's warranty.
I am moving out of the province and cannot take all this gear with me.
