Hi...I live in a 3 bedroom duplex. I have 1 bedroom for rent at $400/ bedroom. Rent includes lights, heat, internet/wifi, full use of the large kitchen, livingroom, bathroom, washer/dryer etc. Only thing I ask is that you be responsible for your own food and personal items/toiletries. The duplex is 3 levels...basement, main level (livingroom and large kitchen), 3rd level is bedrooms and bathroom . The duplex is very nice and comfortable. Patio on side of house, large backyard and front yard. There is a BBQ on the deck for use in the summer...located close to all amenities. The transit bus runs in our subdivision daily. Duplex is located at 10 Holland Drive , Stratford PE. Five minute drive to Charlottetown. Looking for someone to rent who is responsible/respectful. Duplex is fully furnished with the exceptions of the bedroom. You will need to provide your own bed, dresser, etc.. for your bedroom.
